Shipping methods and costs
It’s a Gift offers the following shipping options within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
It’s a Gift uses FedEx. UPS and the USPS Parcel Post will be used if necessary.
Returns and exchanges
It’s a Gift is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or refund according to our guarantee. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Service department at 720-840-6711 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. MST to begin processing your return or exchange
- Repack the gift and all included contents in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Use the return label that was included in your box. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label for fast processing.
- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. It’s a Gift is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, It’s a Gift will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

At It’s a Gift, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or refund after 30 days. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or giftwrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
